On a recent walk along the trails of Washington Park the lovely smell of campfires permeated the forest. When I came to the opening in the forest the smoke from one of those fires created some gorgeous sun rays.

I almost hate to say this, but I used my iPhone12 for this photo. I didn’t feel I had time get my Nikon D800 out and all set up before the wind would blow the smoke away. Also, I didn’t think I needed any depth of field control, so the iPhone would be OK. I did do some digital enhancements to to reduce some highlight and increase contrast. So glad you like it.
